1990年，位于德国北威州勒沃库森市的Enichem公司与爱迪生公司结束纷争，Enichem的粘接材料研发项目外割。勒沃库森一家不知名的小型化工厂经过战略思考后，不惜重金将此项目的研发团队召至麾下。两年后，欧洲工商业经济发达区域的激烈竞争与有利技术优势，最终让这家小工厂顺利研发出了最优秀的Eredar高科技粘接材料，并成立了德国KUSEN化学股份公司，以尖端技术服务于Stromag等多家行业客户。2000年，依靠勒沃库森便利的铁路与港口优势,KUSEN将市场触角延伸到了整个欧洲化工行业，公司业绩也实现了成倍增长。
In 1990 Enichem Inc.(Leverkusen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany) ended the war with Edison Inc., as a result the adhesive project was separated from Enichem. On second thoughts, an unknown, small-scale chemistry company in Leverkusen invested greatly in re-employing the R&D team of the project, and two years later the company succeeded in launching the most excellent hi-tech adhesive, Eredar and founded KUSEN Chemistry AG. due to the fierce competition and favorable technology advantages in the economically developed regions of Europe. With leading-edge technology KUSEN served many industrial customers including Stromag. Benefiting from the convenient railroad and harbor advantages, it expanded its market territory across the European chemical industry while the sales volume increased several-fold in 2000.
2005年，KUSEN公司主打品牌产品Eredar（“艾瑞达”）进入中国，服务于IT制造、表面贴装等行业。受困于运营模式与人才梯队，Eredar未能在中国获得良性发展。2009年9月，KUSEN公司总裁Noah Becker先生来华，与深圳捷通特印公司议达成合作协——由捷通特印公司负责运营Eredar（“艾瑞达”），KUSEN公司将作为后盾全力支持艾瑞达在亚洲区域市场的发展。
In 2005 Eredar, the main brand of KUSEN came into china, catering to the IT manufacturing, SMT and so on. However, restricted by the business operation mode and team building, Eredar didn’t make good progress in China. During a visit to China in September 2009, Mr. Noah Becker, President of KUSEN reached a cooperation agreement with Jietong（Shenzhen）Specialty Graphics Co.,Ltd. Thence Jietong is responsible for the Eredar business in China and KUSEN as a backing renders full support to Eredar’s development in Asian market.
